Senior / Project QS | £10m Super-Prime Refurb | Mayfair | Up to £90,000 & Hybrid working (Super-Prime exp not essential)   I’m working with an established main contractor who are looking to appoint a Project Quantity Surveyor to commercially lead an £8m super-prime refurbishment in Mayfair.   The project is approaching the end of its PCSA period, with the successful QS initially working from the office before becoming predominantly site-based from mid-October.   This is a strong opportunity for a hands-on surveyor to operate as the sole commercial lead, taking end-to-end responsibility for the scheme while reporting directly to the Commercial Manager.   The Role Sole commercial responsibility for an £8m super-prime refurbishment Supporting the project through the end of PCSA and into construction Procurement and management of subcontract packages CVRs, cashflow, forecasting and commercial reporting Valuations, variations and change control Managing subcontractor payments and accounts Identifying and managing contractual and commercial risk Driving the project commercially through to final account Working closely with the site team and reporting to the Commercial Manager  The Project £8m super-prime refurbishment in Mayfair High-specification Central London environment Currently approaching the end of PCSA Construction scheduled to commence from mid-October Complex logistics and live Central London delivery considerations Opportunity to deliver a standout project for the contractor’s portfolio  What they're looking for Project Quantity Surveyor capable of independently managing a project Experience working within smaller or mid-sized contractors preferred Experience managing complex Central London or City of London logistics High-end residential or super-prime experience desirable, but not essential Experience with structural alterations and modifications strongly preferred Knowledge of façade upgrades, FRA works and high-rise buildings beneficial  The Business Established main contractor delivering projects across London Close working relationship with the Commercial Manager Opportunity to take full ownership of a prestigious Mayfair scheme One working-from-home day available Company phone provided Salary/package of up to £90,000 all-in, inclusive of car and travel allowance  Interested?
