Days Only - Tuesday to Sunday, 8:00am-8:00pm

Support Worker
to support an individual living with an acquired brain injury in the Canvey Island area. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life by providing person-centred care, promoting independence, and supporting their ongoing journey.
About the Role
Working on a 1:1 basis, you will support the client both at home and within the community, delivering high-quality care tailored to their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing personal care and daily living support Assisting with mobility Encouraging independence through motivation and positive engagement Administering and supporting with regular medication Managing and de-escalating behaviours that may challenge Supporting community access and social activities About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience supporting individuals with brain injuries ( essential ) Experience managing and de-escalating challenging behaviours Confidence supporting individuals with complex clinical needs A calm, patient, and resilient approach to care A genuine passion for delivering outstanding person-centred support A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle ( essential ) Full right to work in the UK Why Join Superior Healthcare?
