Talent Acquisition Partner — Deep Tech, Fast-Growth

OLIX is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner during a pivotal growth phase. This role involves managing full-cycle recruiting and collaborating with hiring managers to streamline the hiring process. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of in-house recruiting experience, particularly in fast-paced tech environments, and must be skilled in engaging technical talent effectively.

This position is a fixed-term contract based in London, Bristol, Toronto, or Austin, and requires in-person attendance five days a week.
