Bench Joiner

Job Description: We’re working in partnership with a well-established manufacturer who are looking for an experienced Bench Joiner with a strong background in producing fire doors and bespoke screens. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual who takes pride in their craftsmanship and has a sharp eye for detail. The successful candidate will be reliable, self-motivated, and organised – with the ability to adapt and support the business as it grows and evolves. You’ll be a key part of a professional team, contributing to high-quality output and helping to maintain the company’s excellent reputation. What You'll Be Doing: Working closely with the Joinery Team Leader, your role will include: * Interpreting technical drawings and crafting components to a high standard * Assembling fire doors and screen sets in line with strict certification guidelines * Organising your workload to ensure projects move efficiently through the workshop * Supporting the wider team with any ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth operations * Adhering to company health & safety procedures at all times What We’re Looking For: To be considered, you’ll need to bring: * A minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in bench joinery within a similar environment * The ability to read and work from technical drawings * High attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team * Confidence managing your time effectively and delivering to deadlines * A proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges Please apply and send through your CV if the role is of interest
