What you'll be doing
• Preparing and delivering high quality modern British dishes across breakfast lunch and dinner service • Running your section and supporting junior chefs in a fast paced kitchen • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety standards at all times • Contributing to daily mise en place and smooth kitchen operations
What we're looking for
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up • Hospitality experience essential within a professional kitchen • Passion for fresh seasonal British cuisine • Positive attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills

You will earn up to £17.71 per hour while working at London's highest brasserie, alongside on the job training and development to support your progression.
