Head of Road Experience

Transport Focus - Hybrid, London or Manchester

Help shape a better experience for Britain's road users.

At Transport Focus, we're the independent watchdog for transport users. We make sure their voices are heard, their experiences matter and their needs influence the decisions that shape our transport networks.

We're looking for a Head of Road Experience to help us turn insight into action, influence decision makers and deliver meaningful improvements for people using Britain's roads.

The opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys making things happen, building influential relationships and seeing their work deliver real-world impact.

You'll play a leading role in shaping our roads activity, working with senior stakeholders including National Highways, the Department for Transport and other key organisations to champion road users and drive positive change.

Using evidence, research and the experiences of road users, you'll identify where improvements are needed, bring people together and help turn recommendations into tangible outcomes.

You'll also lead important projects and programmes, collaborate with colleagues across Transport Focus and help develop a talented, ambitious and supportive team.

What you'll bring

Experience in roads, transport, infrastructure or a related sector would be valuable, but we're equally interested in your ability to influence, lead and deliver improvements for the people who use essential services.
