As a Senior Principal Recruiter in our Data & AI division, you will work closely with a diverse portfolio of venture-backed companies that are leveraging cutting-edge AI/ML technologies to solve real-world problems. From early-stage disruptors to rapidly scaling startups, you’ll play a critical role in building world-class technical teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partnering with founders, hiring managers, and investors to define and deliver on hiring strategies
• Leading end-to-end recruitment processes for highly technical roles

• Advising clients on market trends, talent insights, and hiring best practices
• Developing long-term relationships with candidates from leading AI research labs and companies
