As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside class teachers to deliver pre‑planned activities, provide targeted support, and help create a calm, purposeful environment where pupils feel confident and ready to learn.   As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support whole‑class learning using pre‑prepared resources

• Assist pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
  
• Build strong relationships with staff and children
  
• Contribute to a smooth, structured learning environment
  

  We are looking for a Graduate Teaching Assistant who:

• Holds a strong academic background including a 1st Class or 2:1 in their relevant degree
  
• Previous experience working with children is desirable
• Is confident supporting a primary classroom
  
• Brings reliability, initiative and a proactive attitude
  
• Can adapt quickly to different year groups
  
• Enjoys supporting children’s learning and development
