Support Worker – Complex Care (LD & Mental Health) – Malvern, Midlands, North & South Top Tier Talentees is recruiting on behalf of a specialist complex-care provider supporting teenagers and young adults in the community. Each person lives in their own home and is supported 2:1, 3:1 or 4:1 by a dedicated team. The people you'll support have learning disabilities and/or mental health conditions and can show high levels of behaviour that challenges. Many have experienced placement breakdowns elsewhere. This is demanding work, and it suits people who already have experience of it and want to make a real difference.
