Cleaning Contract Manager

Location: North Wales Salary: £29,000 - £31,000 per annum + company car We’re looking for a Cleaning Contract Manager to oversee cleaning operations for a collection of colleges across North Wales, between Rhyl and Llangefni. This role is ideal for an organised, people-focused leader who is passionate about motivating teams, building strong relationships, and ensuring high-specification cleaning standards are consistently achieved. You’ll be the main point of contact for this client, helping to deliver exceptional high-level service every day. This position sits within our Educational Cleaning Division, with our specialist cleaning service designed for workplaces where the look and feel of the environment directly impacts employee wellbeing, productivity, and brand perception. As Contract Manager, you’ll: • Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction. ​• Lead and support your team to consistently deliver exceptional service. ​• Carry out audits, prepare reports, and deliver projects in collaboration with the senior management team. ​• Organise regular meetings with clients to review contract performance and specifications. ​• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety procedures and regulations. ​• Continuously seek opportunities to improve services, drive efficiencies, and add value for clients. As Contract Manager, you’ll have: • Strong people management skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. ​• High attention to detail and organisation, with experience working in a client-facing environment. ​• High-level communication and customer service, delivered both face-to-face and across emails. ​• The ability to plan ahead, stay calm under pressure, and engage with stakeholders at all levels. ​• Experience with budgeting, financial forecasting, and contract performance monitoring. ​• A good understanding of Health & Safety within the cleaning or facilities management industry.
