Join the pastry team at London's iconic Sky Garden where we have 3 different restaurant outlets, 2 AA rosette dining, causal Italian and English Brasserie. Work in a dynamic pastry kitchen creating exceptional desserts and baked items while developing your skills in a supportive and energetic environment.
What you'll be doing • Preparing and delivering high quality desserts, pastries and baked goods for breakfast, lunch and dinner service • Running your pastry section and supporting junior team members in a fast paced kitchen • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety standards at all times • Contributing to daily mise en place and ensuring smooth pastry operations throughout service
What we're looking for • Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or strong Commis Pastry Chef ready to step up • Hospitality experience essential within a fast paced professional pastry kitchen • Passion for creating high quality desserts, pastries and baked products • Positive attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills
Good to know You will earn up to £17.71 per hour while working at London's highest brasserie, alongside on the job training and development to support your progression.
