Global Payroll Expert

We're looking for an experienced Global Payroll Expert to act as the primary relationship manager for strategic multinational payroll clients, including leading private equity and alternative investment firms. This role combines global payroll coordination, stakeholder management, and payroll advisory support.

You will serve as the main point of contact for your clients, coordinating with CSC's network of local payroll specialists to ensure a seamless client experience across multiple jurisdictions. Beyond managing payroll delivery, you will provide practical guidance, drive continuous improvement, and help clients navigate payroll-related challenges and regulatory developments.

Success in this role requires strong UK payroll expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders

• Own and develop relationships with strategic global payroll clients, acting as a trusted point of contact for senior client stakeholders.
