Reubens Restaurant is the longest-running kosher restaurant in the UK and the only kosher establishment in London's West End, proudly serving traditional dishes for over 53 years. Located in Marylebone, we have built a strong reputation for our classic menu featuring iconic items like piled-high salt beef sandwiches, the Reubens burger, latkes, schnitzel, and comforting chicken soup.

We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to join our dedicated team. This role is for live service kitchen where we prepare Shawarma, Salt beef sandwiches, and plate food for service. • Manage the kitchen pass and ensure all orders are prepared, plated and served correctly and on time.
• Prepare and assemble a variety of deli sandwiches, including shawarma sandwiches and our signature salt beef sandwiches.
• Confidently carve and portion salt beef for sandwiches, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Prepare and plate deli salads, cold dishes and other counter items.
• Prepare and serve soups, ensuring correct portioning and presentation.
• Plate and finish dishes coming from the main kitchen, ensuring they meet Reubens' presentation and quality standards.
