We're looking for an experienced Senior Chef Manager to lead the catering operation at a prestigious school catering for pupils from Primary through to Sixth Form.

This is a flagship site featuring four catering outlets, serving fresh, high-quality food to students, staff and visitors. You'll have full responsibility for the operation, leading an Assistant Manager, 2 Chefs and 12 General Assistants to deliver exceptional food and service standards.

The Role

• Lead and develop a team of 15+ catering professionals
• Oversee four busy catering outlets across the school campus
• Drive food quality, innovation and presentation standards
• Manage labour, food costs and budgets
• Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations
• Build strong relationships with school stakeholders
• Deliver outstanding customer service and hospitality

About You

• Experienced Chef Manager, Catering Manager or Senior Chef Manager
• Passionate about fresh food and food-led operations
• Strong people management and leadership skills
• Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and KPIs
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Education or contract catering experience desirable
