About the role

Libra Recruitment is supporting a fast growing organisation in King's Lynn with a fast paced, highly regulated environment where strong governance, clear evidence and disciplined follow‑through really matter.

We’re recruiting a Senior Executive Assistant who can do far more than manage a diary. This role is about increasing the CEO’s effectiveness - bringing control to priorities, concerns, decisions, information and governance. You’ll help run the leadership rhythm of the business, keep commitments on track, and ensure actions reach a conclusion.

This role suits someone confident working closely with a direct, commercially minded CEO. You’ll need calm energy, strong judgement, and the ability to challenge respectfully while keeping accountability with the leaders who own it. This role requires the confidence, gravitas and credibility to move beyond the CEO and influence across the business.

Responsibilties of the Senior Executive Assistant role are:

* Experience supporting a CEO, MD or equivalent senior leader

* Experience in a high‑growth, mid‑market or complex organisation

* Strong written communication, commercial judgement and stakeholder confidence

* Ability to stay neutral, fact‑seeking and calm under pressure

* Persistent follow through without taking over others’ responsibilities

* Comfortable with imperfect information, competing priorities and fast pace

* Confident using Microsoft 365 and modern AI tools

If you’re a confident, structured, commercially minded EA who thrives on pace, accountability and purpose, and you want to help build something meaningful - Libra Recruitment would love to hear from you
