About the Role

Working alongside the founders, you'll build and execute demand generation programmes that create awareness, generate pipeline and support commercial growth.

This role would suit a high-performing growth marketer looking to step into a leadership position.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Build and own the demand generation strategy.

* Drive awareness and customer acquisition.

* Execute campaigns across paid media, content, email and SEO.

* Create lead nurturing and conversion programmes.

* Work closely with sales and leadership teams.

* Analyse performance and optimise growth channels.

* Build reporting frameworks and demand generation processes.

About You

* 4-8 years' experience in B2B SaaS or technology marketing, reputable high growth startup at Seed, Series A or Series B stage.

* Strong demand generation expertise.

* Highly analytical and commercially minded.

* Comfortable operating at pace.

* Strong hands-on execution skills.

* Demonstrable growth marketing and demand generation experience
