Required - An Accountant in the Cotswolds ** Stunning location ** Both Full and Part time considered

If you're an experienced Practice Accountant who takes pride in their work and enjoys building relationships with clients this is an opportunity to join a friendly, ambitious independent accountancy practice.

As a Client Manager / Practice Accountant, you'll support the growing client base and manage your own portfolio, developing meaningful relationships and providing real value to businesses. There's genuine and broad scope to progress and become an integral part of a close-knit team.

My client takes pride in their unique level of service and has an open mind with regards to the level of experience and ambition of this individual. There is also flexibility with regards to the working pattern and schedule - both Full and Part-time options considered.

Role Overview

Prepare and review statutory accounts, corporation tax returns and personal tax computations.
Provide proactive advice through management accounts, financial projections and year-end planning
Manage your own portfolio of clients, building trusted relationships and becoming their go-to adviser
Help business owners understand their numbers and make better financial decisions.
Support and mentor colleagues, sharing your knowledge and experience
Contribute ideas to improve internal processes and help shape the practice as it grows.
The Ideal Candidate

Existing experience working within an accountancy practice, as a Client Manager or Senior Accountant, with confidence managing client relationships
ACA / ICAEW, ACCA, AAT qualified or with equivalent practical experience, QBE
Comfortable preparing and reviewing accounts and tax returns for a varied client portfolio
Familiar with Xero or other cloud accounting software packages
Someone who enjoys working collaboratively, taking ownership and making a genuine difference.
What's on Offer

£55,000 - £75,000 salary, negotiable, depending on experience.
Both Full and Part time considered
