Multi Trade / Tenant Liaison – MOD Project? St Athan, Vale of Glamorgan ? 15 Week Contract ? Day Rate (CIS – Weekly Pay) We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trade / Tenant Liaison Officer (RLO) to join a 15-week MOD windows upgrade project in St Athan. This is a 50/50 split role combining hands-on multi-trade work with resident liaison across occupied properties. The Role: Carry out general multi-trade / handyman duties Removal & refitting of internal blinds Brickwork and pointing repairs Installing water butts Liaising with residents before and during works Acting as a site presence and point of contact for tenantsRequirements: Strong Multi Trade experience Confident with resident / tenant liaison (RLO) Good communication skills Reliable and professional on siteWhat’s on offer: 15-week contract Weekly paid day rate (CIS/Umbrella) Immediate start available?
