About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Administrator to support a busy team by investigating and resolving customer and operational queries. You'll work across multiple systems to maintain accurate records, validate data, manage administrative tasks and ensure processes run efficiently. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and confident Excel skills are essential for success in this role.

Operations Administrator Responsibilities:
* Investigate and resolve operational and customer queries using multiple internal systems.
* Maintain accurate records, process updates and ensure data is complete and up to date.
* Manage a high-volume administrative workload, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines and service levels.
* Produce reports and analyse data using Excel to identify trends and support decision-making.
* Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve queries and improve operational efficiency.
* Support process improvements by identifying recurring issues and recommending more efficient ways of working.
* Ensure all work is completed accurately and in line with company procedures, compliance requirements and quality standards.
* Contribute to achieving key performance measures including productivity, accuracy, service levels, case resolution and continuous improvement.
Operations Administrator Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience in a fast-paced administration, operations or customer support environment, managing high volumes of work.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to maintaining accurate records.
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
* Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience working across multiple systems, databases or CRM platforms.
* Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to investigate issues, produce reports and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
* Proactive, adaptable and self-motivated, taking ownership of tasks while contributing to continuous improvement and operational efficiency
