About Us
We’re a fast-growing, specialist D2C agency partnering with ambitious ecommerce brands to scale performance through data-driven marketing. From challenger startups to established disruptors, we help brands unlock serious growth across paid media channels.
If you’re obsessed with performance, love digging into data, and want to see the direct impact of your work on real brands—this is the place.
The Role
We’re looking for a Paid Media Analyst who thrives in a performance-driven environment. You’ll take ownership of campaign execution, optimisation, and reporting across key paid channels—working closely with strategists and creatives to drive measurable growth.
This isn’t a “set and forget” role. You’ll be in the engine room—testing, learning, scaling, and constantly pushing performance forward.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Analyse performance data to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities
- Build and maintain reports that actually mean something (not just vanity metrics)
- Run A/B tests across audiences, creatives, and landing pages
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to improve ROAS and CAC
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and scaling strategies for D2C brands
- Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and emerging channels
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years’ experience in paid media or performance marketing
- Strong analytical mindset—you’re comfortable with data and love problem-solving
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Solid understanding of D2C ecommerce metrics (ROAS, CPA, LTV, etc.)
- Confident using Excel/Google Sheets (bonus if you love a pivot table)
- Curious, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve performance
- Strong communication xwzovoh skills—you can explain the why, not just the what
Bonus Points
- Experience working with Shopify or other ecommerce platforms
- Exposure to attribution tools (e.g. GA4, Triple Whale, Northbeam)
- Creative testing experience or working closely with design teams
What You’ll Get
- Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience
- Hybrid working: 3 days per week in our London office
- Exposure to exciting, high-growth D2C brands
- A genuinely collaborative team that values ideas over hierarchy
- Clear progression path in a scaling agency
- Ongoing training and development (we invest in your growth)
