What You'll Do Lead investigations into the most complex quality and engineering challenges across the entire vehicle lifecycle.Drive customer protection activities and quality containment actions, ensuring robust resolution of critical issues.Provide technical leadership and coaching to engineers, embedding best practice problem-solving techniques across the business.Lead cross-functional teams to identify root causes, implement corrective actions and deliver lasting improvements.Manage quality transformation projects that enhance business performance, product quality and customer satisfaction.
