```Overview: We are seeking experienced Roofers to join our team. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on various types of buildings. This is a physically demanding role that requires knowledge of roofing techniques and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Duties: - Install new roofs on residential and commercial buildings - Repair and replace damaged or worn-out roofing materials - Inspect roofs for leaks, damage, or other issues - Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific dimensions - Use power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment to complete roofing projects - Follow safety guidelines and use proper protective equipment while working at heights - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of projects - Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Roofer or in a similar role - Proficient in using power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment - Knowledge of roofing techniques and materials - Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Physical stamina and the ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor - Familiarity with masonry work is a plus
