About the role
Agricultural Area Sales Manager
Location: Wymondham
An established agricultural machinery business is seeking an experienced and driven Agricultural Area Sales Manager to join its sales team in Norfolk.
Reporting to the Branch and Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the sale of new and used agricultural machinery and associated equipment across a designated territory. This is a customer-facing role focused on developing strong client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional levels of service.
Key Responsibilities

Sell agricultural machinery and associated equipment across a defined geographical area.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and performance objectives.

Represent a leading portfolio of agricultural machinery brands within your territory.

Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and industry awareness.

Attend customer events, demonstrations, exhibitions, and trade shows.
-
Deliver machinery and ensure customers receive a first-class purchasing experience.

Identify opportunities to upsell products and services.

Demonstrate equipment where required.

Maintain accurate customer records and sales administration.
Candidate Requirements
-
Strong knowledge of the agricultural sector and machinery market.

Previous experience within agricultural sales, service, parts, or machinery environments.

Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
-
Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
-
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
-
Strong negotiation, influencing, and closing skills.
-
Organised and administratively competent.
-
Experience demonstrating machinery or equipment is advantageous.

Full UK driving licence essential.

Working Hours
