As a Chef de Partie at the New Dungeon Ghyll, you will play a key role in delivering smooth, efficient and high-quality service within a busy, independently run kitchen. *Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef during service * Uphold excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety standards Experience as a Chef de Partie, or a strong Commis ready to step up * A genuine interest in good food and quality local produce * Level 2 Food Hygiene (preferred) *Set in the heart of the Langdale Valley, the New Dungeon Ghyll Hotel is a much-loved, independently run 23-bedroom hotel surrounded by some of the Lake District’s most iconic fells.
