Head Gardener – Private Estate Gardens & Design Support

Arne Maynard Garden Design in Monmouthshire seeks a Head Gardener with a passion for plants to care for and develop gardens on a private estate. You will work with Arne Maynard to maintain high standards, oversee planting, pruning, and seasonal tasks, and participate in garden tours and updates.

The role focuses on organic practices, soil health, and collaboration with the estate team. Full-time position with hours 8am–5pm, on site.
