Management Consultant (Data) Salary: £38,000-£45,000 + 5% bonus (dependent on personal performance) Location: Liverpool Street, London (Hybrid, x2 days per week) About the Company Our client is a specialist data consultancy that helps global organisations make better business decisions using data. Through its proprietary analytics platform, they transform complex business data into actionable insights that improve profitability, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency. The Role As a Consultant, you'll work on end-to-end client projects from day one, helping organisations solve complex business challenges through data and analytics. You'll analyse data, build models, create reports and dashboards, and work directly with clients to deliver insights across areas such as profitability, finance, supply chain, pricing, and business performance. This is a client-facing role offering excellent exposure, early responsibility, and the opportunity to work on a variety of projects within an international team. What We're Looking For 2:1 BSc (or above) in an analytical subject (e.g. Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Physics or similar) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Recent graduate or up to 3 years' commercial experience within a data, analytics or consulting based role Knowledge of Excel, SQL or Python is advantageous What's on Offer International project exposure and occasional travel Fast career progression based on performance Ongoing training and development Supportive, collaborative culture with flexible workingPlease note: Applicants must have long-term right to work in the UK.
