Lettings Coordination: Welcoming sports clubs, community groups, and evening hirers; ensuring booking schedules run on time. Facility Preparation: Setting up sports halls, drama studios, or classrooms ahead of bookings, and resetting spaces for the following school day. Health & Safety: Monitoring visitor compliance with school site rules and conducting regular evening safety walks. Ideal Candidate Profile: Trustworthy, punctual, and confident working independently during quiet closing hours. Practical mindset with strong attention to detail regarding building security and safety. Friendly, professional communication skills when liaising with hirers and the public.
