Depot Administrator - Logistics / SAP Grantham / Nottingham | £28,000 - £30,000 | 6 Month Contract | 37.5 Hours | Monday-Friday | Immediate Start Immediate opportunity for a Depot Administrator to join a busy engineering and logistics operation. Based primarily in Grantham, this role would also suit candidates able to commute to Colwick Industrial Estate, Nottingham. You'll provide day-to-day logistics and operational support, working closely with depot teams, engineers and customers to keep orders, service activity and administration running smoothly. SAP experience is essential for this role. The Role Provide day-to-day administration and operational support to the depot Process orders, service activity and logistics information using SAP Maintain accurate records and update internal systems Support the coordination of equipment, deliveries and depot activity Liaise with engineers, customers and internal teams regarding operational requirements Handle customer and internal enquiries via phone and email Assist with general depot, logistics and contract administrationThe Person Previous SAP experience is essential Experience within logistics, depot, operations, service or engineering administration Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel Confident dealing with customers, engineers and internal teams Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy operational environment Strong communication skills and a practical, hands-on approach to administration Reference Number: BBBH(phone number removed) To apply for this role or to be considered for further roles, please click "Apply Now" or contact Ed Douglass at Rise Technical Recruitment.
