They are now looking to appoint a Mechanical Contracts Manager to take ownership of multiple projects and play a key role from pre-construction through to handover.

The Role: This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential and commercial schemes, while managing multiple site teams.

Key responsibilities: Managing projects from pre-construction through to completion Leading and coordinating site teams across multiple sites Overseeing programme delivery, budgets, and quality standards Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within cost Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders About You: Proven experience in a Mechanical Contracts Manager role within construction/M&E Strong background construction and building services Commercially aware with the ability xwzovoh to manage multiple projects effectively Highly organised, proactive, and confident in client-facing situations Strong leadership skills with experience managing multiple site teams Whats on Offer: £65,000 salary package Mileage and car allowance Strong, consistent pipeline of secured work High level of autonomy and responsibility Opportunity to make a real impact within a growing business
