• Proven experience in a busy kitchen environment
• Confident with batch prep and cooking
• Maintains a clean, organised workspace
• Strong understanding of food hygiene best practices
• Able to follow directions from catering managers
• Professional, dependable, and ready to hit the ground running
• Previous experience working as a Chef
