You will support individuals who have recently moved on from temporary accommodation and may be at risk of losing their tenancy due to mental health challenges. You will combine one-to-one support, group work and partnership working to deliver recovery-focused support that is practical, flexible and centred on each individual. This is a challenging but rewarding role where your support can make a real difference in helping people maintain stability and independence. Job Purpose Provide tailored, recovery-focused support to people at risk of tenancy breakdown. Build strong, trusting relationships as a consistent point of contact. Support individuals to manage their mental health and build confidence for independent living. Work collaboratively with services to ensure support is coordinated and effective. What You'll Need Essential Criteria Relevant qualification (e.g. Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, Counselling, Youth Work). At least 2 years' experience supporting adults with mental health and/or complex needs. Experience using approaches such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing or similar. Strong relationship-building and partnership working skills. Ability to manage your own caseload and work independently. Full driving licence and access to transport (or suitable alternative). Desirable Criteria Experience delivering group work or workshops. Experience working in community or outreach settings. Why Join Simon Community?
