A market-leading FinTech with almost 50% market share is looking for a commercially minded Head of Product Marketing to define how one of the UK's leading AI-powered financial platforms competes in a rapidly evolving market.

Salary Package: £80-85k + Benefits

Location: Reading (2-3 days per week)

Working closely with the CPO, CRO and Marketing Director, the Head of Product Marketing will be the voice of the market, translating complex product capability into compelling commercial propositions while influencing roadmap decisions, product launches and sales strategy.

The Head of Product Marketing will:

Own product positioning and go-to-market strategy across AI and propositions.

Generate competitor intelligence which influences; product and commercial strategy, pricing models and product launches.

Partner cross-functionally across executive leadership to ensure customer and market insight shapes proposition development and roadmap priorities.

Create compelling sales enablement, value propositions and competitive messaging that helps to stand out in a rapidly evolving market.

The Head of Product Marketing must have:

Experience within B2B SaaS, knowledge of UK financial services would be highly advantageous.

A strong track record of developing product positioning, competitive strategy and GTM plans for SME and enterprise software. xwzovoh

Experience influencing senior stakeholders and translating customer insight into commercial outcomes.
