Head of Estates — Heritage Park & Facilities Leader

South West Community Chaplaincy in Bloomsbury is seeking a Head of Estates to protect a seven-acre park and Grade II listed buildings, ensuring a safe, welcoming sanctuary for children and families. You will drive day-to-day compliance and maintenance, and lead a small Grounds and Facilities team while shaping strategic plans with the Senior Management Team.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a systems mindset, and meticulous attention to quality in a public heritage space.
