- £42,000 Closing Date 29th May 2026 We're looking for an experienced Transport Coordinator or someone who is ready to take the next move in their career who can develop into this role.
You'll play a key role in keeping our fleet safe, compliant and on the road, supporting the safe collection and delivery of goods to and from our customers.
You will monitor performance and coach the team to ensure legal compliance and drive improved performance.

Provide ad hoc management cover.
Manage short term changes to the drivers rota The Right Person Essential Experienced Professional Driver Category 2 (Category C) Transport office experience Willing to work shifts including lates and nights (4 on 4 off rotating shift pattern commencing at 5pm or 3am) Desirable Experienced Professional Driver Category 1 (Category C +E) Supervisory experience We are looking for a self-driven, enthusiastic Transport professional able to build effective relationships and coach the team.
Attention to detail is essential; we need a pragmatic problem solver who is comfortable operating under pressure.
