As an Early Years Educator, you'll be more than just a leader; The Early Years Educator role offers a salary range of £27,500 to £30,000 and is a full time, 40 hours per week position. For the Early Years Educator role , it is essential that you hold a relevant childcare qualification, Level 2 minimum and have experience working within management in Early Years. Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English including functional skills are also a must if you obtained a Level 3 qualification after 2014. Observe and plan learning — Record observations and plan next steps to support each child’s development. Support SEND needs — Work with families and professionals to provide tailored support for children with additional needs. Safeguard children effectively — Follow safeguarding procedures and report concerns promptly to the DSL.
