What are we looking for:
Ideally you will have a background supporting a contracts and purchasing team with updating contract records for vendors, assiting in the creation of POs.
This is a key onshore role supporting the Head of Supply Chain and the wider Procurement and Supply Chain Management (PSCM) function across oil and gas projects and operations. You will provide vital administrative and commercial support in the preparation, execution and administration of contracts, helping to keep operations running smoothly and compliantly.
Key Skills and What You’ll Be Doing
- Broad understanding of Supply Chain – Apply your experience in administrative, procurement or contracts support roles to assist with end-to-end contract and supply chain activities.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills – Maintain contract registers, databases and document management systems, ensuring information is accurate and accessible.
- Document management and attention to detail – Coordinate approvals and signatures, track milestones, expiry dates and renewals, and support audits with precise documentation.
- Communication skills (written and verbal) – Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports and presentations, and manage interactions between contractors, suppliers, project teams and legal.
- Time management and multitasking – Handle multiple priorities such as purchase order processing, meeting support and logistical arrangements while meeting deadlines.
- Microsoft Office proficiency – Use Excel, Word and Outlook effectively for reporting, tracking and communication.
- Interpersonal and team collaboration – Work closely with cross-functional teams, supporting meetings with agendas, minutes and action trackers.
- Integrity and confidentiality – Manage sensitive contract and commercial information with professionalism and discretion.
- Vendor and logistics support – Assist with vendor qualification and onboarding (e.g. via SEQual), and manage travel, accommodation and ATS bookings.
