About the role
Project People is seeking an experienced HR Services Team Lead to join a dynamic HR function on an initial 6-month contract in Glasgow. You will lead a team of HR Advisors and Administrators, ensuring outstanding employee experience while supporting business transformation.
You will coach, develop and manage performance, drive service levels and SLAs, oversee payroll activities, and partner with stakeholders to deliver HR initiatives and continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle.
