EOI - Infrastructure Delivery [Highway/Active Travel

Local Authorities' requests have recently come out seeking specialist Project/Programme Managers on a contractual basis to oversee Highway (Complex) Infrastructure Schemes through Planning, detailed Design and Construction. Added expertise in delivering under NEC4 ECC Options, A, B or C is greatly appreciated.
