Our client's expertise spans a wide range of commercial and residential projects, from large-scale developments to complex refurbishments. The company's team of experienced engineers and construction professionals are committed to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. About the Opportunity We have been asked to find specialist concrete frame Project Manager capable of delivering packages ranging in value from £10 million up to £20 million each. Individuals will need to have a strong understanding of groundworks and concrete frame construction for both Residential & Commercial projects. Usual duties will apply from overall management of the site team, technical management of the programme and works, through to management of the client and surrounding aspects. About the requirements * Proven track record of delivering high-quality RC frame projects on time and within budget * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders * Passion for the construction industry and commitment to innovation and sustainability * Degree educated in either Construction Management or Engineering About the Benefits and Rewards Salary range of £100,000 - £110,000 per annum.
