Our client is a market-leading business within the outdoor playground equipment sector, delivering innovative play solutions across the UK and internationally.


Known for their commitment to quality, creativity and customer experience, the business is continuing an exciting period of growth and investment. They are now seeking an experienced and commercially driven National Sales Manager to lead and develop their national field sales function across England.


This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven sales leader who thrives on building high-performing teams, developing key accounts and delivering commercial growth.


The position is ideally suited to candidates based in Central England due to regular travel requirements across the region.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and inspire a growing team of field sales professionals across England
  • Drive sales strategy and identify new growth opportunities with Local Authorities, Schools, Parish Councils & Leisure Operators
  • Develop strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Monitor performance, forecasts, and KPIs to exceed targets
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams on market trends and opportunities
  • Champion CRM, reporting and digital sales efficiencies


The Successful Candidate:

  • Proven experience leading a successful field sales team
  • Strong track record in sales growth and key account management
  • Playground equipment or related industry experience is advantageous (not essential)
  • Experience selling products to either Local Authorities, Schools, Parish Councils or Leisure Operators
  • An understanding of a structured sales process

  • Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills
  • Commercially driven with a hands-on approach
  • Strong CRM and sales reporting experience
  • Able to travel regularly across England


The Package:

  • Basic salary up to £65k (DOE)
  • £30k OTE (uncapped)
  • Car allowance £650 p/month
