Working alongside experienced industry professionals, you will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while developing strong client relationships across both UK and international markets.
Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing the company's products and services
Generate and qualify new business leads through research and cold outreach
Arrange and attend client meetings alongside senior brokers to assist with deal progression and closure
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
Accurately maintain client records and activity through CRM systems
Stay up to date with financial markets and relevant industry developments
Requirements Strong interest in sales, finance, or telesales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven attitude
Confidence in both telephone and client-facing interactions
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
A-levels or equivalent required; degree xwzovoh preferred but not essential
Previous sales experience is beneficial but not required, as full training will be provided
