Payroll Manager Belfast £45,000 Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Payroll Manager to join an organisation within the civil engineering and infrastructure sector.

They are looking for a payroll professional who enjoys leading teams, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiency across payroll operations in a fast-paced environment Benefits: Flexitime Gym membership On-site parking Group life assurance Supportive and collaborative working environment Duties: Lead, coach and develop the payroll team Manage NI, GB, and international payrolls, including review and sign-off Ensure full compliance with HMRC and statutory payroll requirements Oversee payroll contributions, employee benefits, and expenses Manage payroll amendments and executive payroll processing where required Maintain and improve payroll processes and controls Support risk management and compliance initiatives within payroll Undertake additional duties as required within the payroll function Criteria: Proven experience managing or mentoring a payroll team Strong technical knowledge of NI/GB payroll legislation Experience managing employee benefits xwzovoh and statutory payments Background in industry or practice considered Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in payroll systems and IT tools Knowledge of auto-enrolment pensions and payroll compliance requirements For a confidential discussion or to apply, contact Sophie at Cpl NI or apply here.
