Plus, we’ve just launched the Voy Menopause Academy to heavily invest in our clinicians' continuous CPD, formal mentorship, and advanced training.We’re looking for a talented and passionate Menopause Doctor to join our growing Voy Menopause team on a full-time basis*The OpportunityYou'll provide high-quality menopause care through both synchronous (video) and asynchronous consultations, supporting patients remotely while maintaining the same warmth and continuity as in-person care.What you'll be doingDelivering evidence-based, patient-centred care in line with NICE, British Menopause Society (BMS), and other relevant clinical guidance.Assessing patients and developing tailored, individualised treatment plans, including prescribing multiple forms of HRT, supplements, and innovative new products, with full training and mentorship to build your confidence in more complex prescribing.Providing holistic menopause care via asynchronous messaging and video consultations.Supporting continuity of care, enabling long-term management of menopause and perimenopause symptoms.Collaborating within a highly diverse multidisciplinary team (MDT) to ensure safe, high-quality clinical outcomes.Actively participating in clinical MDTs, case reviews, and continuous clinical governance.*Part time (strict minimum of 22.5 hours per week) may be considered for exceptional candidates.The Voy Menopause Academy: Teaching & Delivery ModelWe don't just offer standard CPD; we provide a structured, three-stage academic pathway to elevate your expertise and leadership in menopause care.Stage 1: Foundation & Intensive Mentorship (Weeks 1–12)Weekly Commitment: 2 hours of dedicated learning via the Voy Academy platform + 1 hour of interactive, case-based discussion.Direct Clinical Support: A dedicated mentor meeting following every single clinic for the first 6 weeks, transitioning to allocated Q&A sessions for the final 6 weeks.Stage 2: Advanced Practice & Faculty Contribution (Monthly)Advanced Learning: Attendance at our monthly, senior-led Masterclasses and monthly case-based discussions.Academic Progression: Your stage milestone culminates in preparing and delivering your own teaching session at our monthly MDT.Stage 3: Clinical Leadership & Audit (Monthly)Continuous Excellence: Ongoing attendance at monthly senior-led Masterclasses.Quality Improvement: Dedicated monthly audit sessions.Capestone Project: Completion of a full clinical audit cycle, presented to the wider clinical team.Who you areMRCGP qualified GP with full, unrestricted GMC registrationA minimum of 3 years' experience as a GP, 5 years+ desirableAdditional qualifications such as DRCOG, DCSRH, or the BMS Certificate is beneficialPrior experience in menopause care and HRT prescribing is beneficial, for example experience in a menopause specialist serviceTestosterone prescribing experience is highly desirable A deep interest in women's healthA warm, empathetic communicator who ensures patients feel heard, supported, and respectedConfident delivering care in a digital/remote setting (video and asynchronous), and excited by a data-informed care model that cuts out administrative bloatAn excellent collaborator, comfortable working across both clinical and non-clinical teamsCommitted to clinical excellence, top-tier patient safety, and evidence-based medicineWhat We OfferLearn from the best: You'll be trained, mentored, and supported by some of the UK's most experienced menopause clinicians, including BMS Advanced Specialists and Trainers, and leading specialists in neurodivergence, breast cancer, histamine intolerance, sexology, and lifestyle medicineContinuous growth: CPD, formal training, and mentorship through the Voy Menopause Academy, in a rapidly evolving service led by talented cliniciansEquity: Share options in one of Europe's fastest-growing digital health scale-upsHealth & wellness: Private medical insurance, plus a comprehensive gym & wellness benefit via WellhubFlexibility of remote workingTime off: 25 days of annual leave, generous parental leave, and flexible working policiesConnection: Regular team events
