MIG Site Welder

MIG Site Welder We are currently recruiting for an experienced MIG Site Welder to join a busy and established team working on site-based fabrication and welding projects. This role would suit a skilled welder who is confident working independently on site, reading drawings, and producing high-quality welds to the required standard. Duties will include: * MIG welding on site * Fabrication and installation of structural and general steelwork * Welding mild steel to specification * Reading and working from engineering drawings * Measuring, cutting and preparing materials * Using grinders and other associated fabrication tools * Carrying out repairs and modifications where required * Ensuring all work is completed accurately and to a high standard * Following site health and safety procedures at all times * Working closely with site supervisors and other trades Requirements: * Previous MIG welding experience is essential * Previous site welding experience preferred * Ability to read and understand engineering drawings * Good fabrication and measuring skills * Competent using hand and power tools * Relevant welding qualifications advantageous * Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team * Full UK driving licence desirable What we offer: * Competitive rates of pay * Ongoing work available * Regular hours with potential overtime * Opportunity to work on a variety of projects * Support from an experienced site team Location: Stone, Staffordshire and On site Nationally Pay: £18+ Hours: Monday to Friday (Apply online only) Start Date: immediate If you are an experienced MIG Site Welder looking for your next opportunity, please apply today with your CV
