Tax Manager / Senior Manager (Permanent)

You'll be advising clients on their high-profile M&A activity, ensuring your clients' tax compliance affairs are in order and enjoying variety as well as stretch in your role. You’ll be providing Tax Compliance & Advisory services to scale-ups, to private businesses and to PE-backed groups. We’ll help you succeed Our clients trust us because of the quality of our advice. That quality grows from a thorough understanding of their business, and that understanding comes from working closely with clients and building long-lasting relationships. Experience of advising on M&A transactions (e.g. tax structuring and/or due diligence, buy and sell-side). Experience of managing a portfolio of clients including control of client take on and engagement, billings, and identification of opportunities to improve recoveries, together with cash collection. Ability to provide Corporation Tax Compliance and Advisory services to a wide range of clients using resource from a shared service team or via technology tools. An understanding of potential risks to the Firm in relation to the Firm’s quality control procedures. Experience of leading complex projects and dealing with complex tax issues.
