You’ll be the go-to person when it matters most, solving problems, managing relationships, and making things happen. What You’ll Be Doing Property & Tenant Management * Managing maintenance from first report through to resolution * Instructing contractors, negotiating quotes and ensuring quality delivery * Responding to urgent issues and emergencies with confidence Financial & Compliance Oversight * Managing rent collection and arrears * Handling deposits, check-outs and disputes * Overseeing full compliance: EPCs, gas safety, EICRs, licensing and more Inspections & Portfolio Oversight * Conducting regular inspections across a prime Central London portfolio * Managing relationships with freeholders and managing agents
