An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join a stunning country house hotel in the South East of England.
This is a key leadership role within a quality-driven hospitality operation, overseeing multiple food and beverage outlets while ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong commercial performance, and the continued development of a talented team.

The Role

Lead and manage the hotel's multi-outlet food and beverage operation
Drive exceptional service standards across restaurant, bar, lounge, events, and other F&B outlets
Recruit, train, mentor, and develop team members to achieve their full potential
Work closely with senior management to deliver departmental objectives and guest satisfaction targets
Manage budgets, forecasting, labour costs, stock control, and departmental profitability
Ensure operational standards, compliance, and service consistency are maintained at all times
Lead from the front with a visible and hands-on management style

About You

Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Manager within a quality 4-star hotel environment
already in the UK and not requiring Visa sponsorship as unfortunately they are not able to assist at this stage
Strong background managing multiple outlets and varied service styles
Passionate about team development, coaching, and creating a positive working culture
Commercially astute with strong financial and operational management skills
Hands-on leader with excellent communication and organisational abilities

Able to balance operational excellence with commercial performance
