We're looking for a General Manager with flair, passion, and a healthy love of good food and great company. Someone who can juggle reservations, inspire the team, charm the regulars, and still find time to taste the pistachio cr me br l e.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading your team with joie de vivre - energy, laughter, and genuine warmth Keeping the service flowing and the atmosphere buzzing, from brunch to Bordeaux o'clock. Knowing your way around a P&L as easily as you do a wine list. Creating a place guests love - and teams are proud to call home.

Who you'll be:

• A natural leader who can motivate, mentor, and make things happen. A lover of hospitality - and a knack for making people smile. Commercially savvy, bringing a hands-on attitude and genuine openness Experience running a busy restaurant or bar (ideally something a little ooh la la).
