Accounts Assistant | Progression to Management Accounting Barnsley | Full-time | Study support available Beyond Talent is partnering with a growing, forward-thinking business in Barnsley that’s looking to invest in someone ready to take the next step in their finance career. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with strong transactional experience who’s keen to move into management accounts and commercial exposure. The role: Manage day-to-day purchase & sales ledger Support with bank reconciliations and journals Assist with month-end processes Get involved in management accounts preparation Work closely with senior finance to build your knowledge What we’re looking for: Solid experience in a transactional finance role Someone who’s curious and keen to learn Ideally studying or wanting to study AAT/ACCA/CIMA Strong attention to detail with a can-do attitude Why this role?
