We are building a fresh-food restaurant with a relaxed French/British brasserie influence focusing on quality seasonal ingredients, classic techniques, and warm hospitality. The Role As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your section during prep and service while maintaining high standards of consistency and presentation. Youll work closely with the senior kitchen team and play an important role in daily service. xwzovoh
Responsibilities include:
Preparing and cooking fresh dishes to a high standard
Managing your section during service
Supporting junior chefs where needed
Maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards
Assisting with stock rotation and kitchen organisation
Were Looking For Someone Who: Has experience in a fresh-food kitchen
Is organised, reliable, and hardworking
Has passion for quality ingredients and classic cooking
Works well under pressure in a busy service
Wants to grow within an ambitious independent restaurant
